 Ben Riggs - Director of Winemaking
Passionate in the pursuit of great wines for burgeoning global marketplace, Ben Riggs is at the forefront of Australian Winemaking. Twice crowned Bushing King for outstanding McLaren Vale Shiraz wines, a finalist in the Qantas Winemaker of the Year and a leader in the exploration of new wine blending opportunities, Ben heads the winemaking team which is making McLaren Vintners a wine industry destination of increasing importance.
 Nic Bourke - Winemaker
“I first came into contact with the wine industry when I was seven years old and my head collided with a wine press – it can be accurately said that winemaking has left a mark on me from this point forward. A little study and a lot of bottles later I help to make Australian wines for the world.”
A University of Adelaide winemaking graduate, originally from Orange, NSW. His passions are for a true McLaren Vale Shiraz, real Cabernet wines, all things Fortified and the pursuit of old, new and different wine making techniques. Fluent in small batch or big volume production, Nic has also plied his trade in Italy.

 Anna Fisher – General Manager
Bringing to our team a wealth of experience in business management. Anna has over 10 years experience in the Healthcare Industry and ICT industries, and has been involved in management of hospitals to small private businesses. A member of CPA Australia Anna believes in keeping herself and the team up to date with issues in the industry and beyond.
 Andrew Keogh - Cellar Manager

 Steve Kahl - Cellar Supervisor
Attached to vineyards from his very earliest days, Steve has now completed six vintages in McLaren. He loves getting his hands dirty; be it pressing, shovelling or pumping over, Steve is hands on at the coal face. Communication between winemakers and cellar crew is a key responsibility and he works as part of the team selecting and nurturing the cellar team.
